SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

Please contact our Customer Support Team before sending back a shipment to us. This will allow us to make the return or exchange process smooth and quick.

SHIPPING:

  1. We offer Free shipping Internationally
  2. For international orders, please expect delivery within 7 to 21 days. Currently, we do not offer domestic shipping.
  3. In the context of free international shipping, the product's shipping and insurance charges are included, while the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or charges incurred.
  4. Shipping times for customized rugs may vary depending on the buyer's specifications, potentially leading to longer delivery times.
  5. Please note that rugs exceeding 7 feet or 210 cm in width will be shipped folded, considering their larger dimensions.

Returns:

  1. In case a damaged or incorrect product is delivered, the return shipping cost will be fully borne by us, and a return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
  2. To help us assist you quickly with any shipping or damage concerns, we kindly request a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video should clearly show the packaging and rug condition, as shipping partners may require this for smooth claim processing and support assistance .
  3. In all other cases, return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer, and the return policy may not apply for customized or made-to-order rugs.
  4. Returned products must be dropped off by the customer at the assigned carrier’s store or designated shipping location.
  5. Please allow 7–14 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse for inspection, processing, and refund completion.



Exchanges:

In case customer wants to exchange a received products with another product, the return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer and for adjustment amount either customer has to pay or will receive the same, depending on case to case basis.
